limousine company to book for our company trip. We discovered your website on the Internet
and set everything up via e-mail. Your responses were very prompt and in all honesty out
of 7 e-mails to different companies in the Chicago area, your company was the only one
that took time to respond. Your vehicles met us as arranged and your drivers were very
friendly and very knowledgeable of the downtown area. We will certainly tell our

Bob, please pass our
appreciation on to your driver Rich. We were able to control just about every aspect of
our evening out ... except the weather. The entire time we were in your limousine it
poured rain and we were "club hopping" no less. At each stop Rich ran around to
the rear of the limo with his large golf umbrella and escorted the members of my
bachelor-ette party to the door of each establishment we went to. By the end of the night,
he was drenched and we looked as good (well almost) as when the night began. Your service
was recommended to us by a good friend and we were extremely pleased at the level of

coming to our aid at the last minute. We had our limousine transportation to the airport
booked with another company and about 1 hour before our pickup, they phoned and told us
they were overbooked and couldn't make the run. We were shocked. They didn't even offer to
provide other phone numbers for us to call. Being senior citizens we really didn't want to
drive to O'Hare. My husband got out the phone book and I began calling. Your company was
the first to answer with a "live" person. While I waited on the phone, your
office contacted your driver on his 2-way radio and set up the pickup at our home in
Highland...all in less than 5 minutes. The driver called us a few minutes later to
confirm our address and even arrived 15 minutes early to pick us up... in a Stretch
Limousine no less. Thanks for all your help and thank Kathy for being so

Thanks All American Limousine and Transportation. Our travel agency has been in business for almost 20 years and the most difficult part of our business was finding a reliable limousine company. Many would bend over backwards at the beginning, but then seemed to lose track of how much we and our clients depended on them. If a limousine did not show up to pick up our clients and they missed their flight or if it was an old/dirty car, our clients associated that with our company, not the limousine company. Many tickets are non-refundable, not to mention all the extra work we had to do to get our clients on other flights. We even stopped recommending any limousine service for a long period of time. We have worked with you for over 2 years now and couldn't be happier. Our clients are extremely pleased with your service. We have even received calls from past clients asking for the name of your company because they wanted to use your service for other events. Thanks for making our lives here a little easier. Thank you all for taking the extra time to help us with our transportation needs last week. We had never been to your city(we were coming to town for the Plastics Convention) and had no clue of where to visit or what to do. Dana took our phone number (we hadn't even reserved a car at that point) and got back to us within 45 minutes with a list of places within walking distance that we might like to visit from our hotel location. In that 45 minute period we were still phoning other companies and we didn't find one that was as willing to help as yours. Yes, we were looking for the cheapest price, but after weighing all the benefits of going with an established, respected company, the $30 we would have saved for the evening was nothing compared to what was returned to us in the way of service.
